- Source and interview potential selling agents, ensuring that the chosen agent has been screened by us to ensure you are satisfied and confident you have the right agent.
- Negotiate a fair and reasonable commission for you with no nasty surprises.
- Motivate your selling agent to get the best possible price for your property
- Plan the marketing schedule with your chosen agent
- Proof read all advertising with you and ensure you are totally satisfied with the details
- Give Private Inspection & Open For Inspection feedback to you
- Organise legal documentation - Section 32, 27, sale contracts etc prior to buyers inspecting
- Coordinate tradespeople, interior home decorators, hire furniture, assist inpreparing your property for sale etc
- Maintain one on one contact with the selling agent
- Assist with the settlement process
There is no additional fees to use this service. Leading Edge Property will be paid a referral fee by the selling agent once the property is sold. This is fairly common practice. Therefore if you don't sell, there's still no fee for our service!
