Currently, there are no restrictions which prevent Australian citizens purchasing property in Australia while they are living and working out of the country. Whilst we do provide our services to foreign investors, there are some restrictions on non-Australian investors. Foreign investors intending on purchasing Australian property must seek prior approval from the Australian Government through the Foreign Investment Review Board ( FIRB ). You must therefore meet the Board's guidelines, but we can assist you throughout this process.
